• 19:45 – The Meditation of the day from Magnificat Monthly Magazine. – Fr. Chad Rippberger's Prayer of Command to protect my family, my sons, my daughter and her family, my granddaughters and their families, my great grandchildren, and everyone for whom I have responsibility from any demonic activity; and the Sunday Prayers of the Association of the Auxilium Christianorum.
• 20:40 – The Hour of Compline for tonight from The Pre Vatican II, Traditional Roman Breviary in English

Diet:
• 09:15 – applesauce, toast and butter
• 13:30 – baked fish and vegetables
• 16:15 – ham sandwich

Chores, etc.:
• 05:30 – record health metrics
• 06:00 – monitor bank accounts activity
• 08:00 – follow news reports from various sources
• 10:00 – listening to ESPN Radio before today's championship games, to be followed by a full day of football

• 16:30 – joined another SchemingMind tourney, moved in all pending ICCF games
