• 05:00 – Prayer to St. Michael the Archangel
• 06:00 – the Angelus
• 07:45 – Daily Mass Readings for Thursday of the Seventeenth Week in Ordinary Time, followed by today's Rosary, the Joyful Mysteries.
• 20:00 – Catholic Night Prayer, followed by Fr. Chad Rippberger's Prayer of Command to protect my family, my sons, my daughter and her family, my granddaughters and their families, my great grandchildren, and everyone for whom I have responsibility from any demonic activity. – And that followed by the Thursday Prayers of the Association of the Auxilium Christianorum

Health Metrics:
• bw= 219.30 lbs.

Diet:
• 06:40 – 1 banana, toast and butter
• 09:15 – cottage cheese and applesauce
• 12:45 = sausages
• 16:00 – bowl of pancit, 3 boiled eggs

Chores, etc.:
• 05:00 – listen to KTSA
• 06:00 – monitored bank accounts activity
• 08:15 – So Long, Pee-Wee – Bill Whittle's Right Angle
• 09:15 – Bannon's War Room
• 10:00 to 10:45 – i mile walk to the Rectory to return the Hall key, then to Stanley's ice house, then back home
• 11:00 – The Dana Show
• 12:00 – watch old game shows with Sylvia
• 13:00 – listen to the afternoon's Rangers vs White Sox game
• 16:00 – Bannon's War Room – late afternoon / early evening edition
• 18:00 – Pregame show for tonight's NFL Game
• 19:00 – Jets vs Browns

Chess:
• 11:45 – moved in all pending CC games
