• 17:30 – Today's Rosary, the Joyful Mysteries, is offered as Day 49 of the 54-Day Novena for Our Nation, and is followed by the Daily Mass Readings for the Optional Memorial of Saint Faustina Kowalska, virgin
• 18:00 – the Angelus
• 18:30 – The Hour of Compline for tonight from The Traditional Roman Catholic Breviary in English, followed by Fr. Chad Rippberger's Prayer of Command to protect my family, my sons, my daughter and her family, my granddaughters and their families, my great grandchildren, and everyone for whom I have responsibility from any demonic activity. – And that followed by the Thursday Prayers of the Association of the Auxilium Christianorum.

Health Metrics:
• bw= 222 lbs
• bp= 161/77 (71)

Diet:
• 05:50 – 1 banana
• 07:00 – 3 chocolate chip cookies
• 14:00 – Cooked vegetables, shrimp & meat chunks

Chores, etc.:
• 05:50 – bank accounts activity monitored, and then the bulk of the day was spent doing damage control following yesterday's phone/credit card/ bank hack.
• 17:00 – local news and weather
• 19:00 – Thursday Night Lights! – local high school football, Steele vs New Braunfels

Chess:
• 18:10 – moved in all pending CC games
