• 10:00 – Daily Mass Readings for Thursday of the Thirteenth Week in Ordinary Time
• 11:00 – meet with Brother Knights for Funeral Escort duties.
• 13:00 – Funeral Mass
• 14:00 – work with Brother Knights at Burial at Ft. Sam Natnl. Cemetery

Health Metrics:
• bw= 220.60 lbs
• bs= 93
• bp= 128/69

Diet:
• 06:50 – 1 banana
• 07:30 – 1 ham & cheese sandwich
• 10:30 – snacking on cheese
• 15:30 – snacking on cheese again, eating BBQ'd chicken
• 18:00 – baked fish and vegetables

• 06:40 – bank accounts activity monitored
• 11:00 to 15:00 – work with KofC Honor Guard doing Escort at a Funeral Mass then a Burial ar Ft, Sam National Cemetery
