• 05:00 – Prayer to St. Michael the Archangel
• 06:00 – the Angelus
• 16:35 – readings for Thursday of the Ninth Week in Ordinary Time, followed by today's Rosary, the Joyful Mysteries.
• 18:00 – the Angelus
• 19:00 – Fr. Chad Rippberger's Prayer of Command to protect my family, my sons, my daughter and her family, my granddaughters and their families, my great grandchildren, and everyone for whom I have responsibility from any demonic activity. – Followed by theThursday Prayers of the Association of the Auxilium Christianorum – And the Hour of Compline for tonight from the Divine Office.

Health Metrics:
• bw= 220.40 lbs.
• bp= 128/70 (62)

Diet:
• 06:15 – toast and butter
• 09:15 – applesauce, 1 peanut butter sandwich
• 11:15 – 3 hot dog sandwiches
• 16::00 – octopus, shrimp, and vegetables over rice
• 17:15 – beef and vegetable soup, fresh mango

Chores, etc.:
• 05:15 – listening to KTSA
• 05:30 – health metrics recorded
• 06:30 – bank accounts monitored
• 09:00 – Steve Bannon's War Room
• 11:30 to 13:00 – yard work, cutting tree branches and limbs
• 13:30 – tuned into MLB TV, Twins vs Rays, followed by Orioles vs the Brewers,
• 16:00 – local news and weather
• 17:15 – eat dinner at home with Sylvia
• 18:30 – Wheel of Fortune, but I had to turn away half way through the show because CBSNews Propaganda interrupted with a “Special Report.” Yeah, right. I hate CBS so much! So, back to MLB and my nighttime prayers.

Chess:
• 15:35 – moved in all pending CC games
