Diet:
• 07:15 – ½ peanut butter sandwich, fresh apple chunks and peanut butter
• 09:30 – 1 banana
• 11:15 – strawberry jam on white bread toast
• 13:00 – salmon, green beans, asparagus, mushrooms, ice cream
• 18:15 – 1 ½ BLT sandwiches

• 05:00 – listen to local news talk radio
• 06:00 – place Walmart grocery delivery order
• 07:30 – load weekly pill boxes
• 08:00 – Excelsior – Bill Whittle's Right Angle
• 10:00 – 11:00 – yard work, clean up the front yard flower beds
• 11::00 – Three and A-Half Feet – a Moving Back to America episode
• 12:00 – game shows
• 15:00 – financial reports
• 18:00 – local news and weather
• 18:30 – Wheel of Fortune
• 19:00 – old eps. of NCIS

Chess:
• 16:30 – have moved in all pending CC games
• 17:30 – have registered for new tournaments in both Game Knot and ICCF
