• 06:00 – Prayer to St. Michael the Archangel, and the Angelus
• 08:00 – Praying the Joyful Mysteries of the Holy Rosary, followed by the Daily Mass Readings for Thursday of the Twenty-seventh Week in Ordinary Time
• 18:50 – The Hour of Compline for tonight from The Traditional Roman Catholic Breviary in English, followed by Fr. Chad Rippberger's Prayer of Command to protect my family, my sons, my daughter and her family, my granddaughters and their families, my great grandchildren, and everyone for whom I have responsibility from any demonic activity. – And that followed by the Thursday Prayers of the Association of the Auxilium Christianorum.

• bp= 143/79 (62)

Diet:
• 06:15 – ½ pb&j sandwich
• 08:30 – cottage cheese and applesauce
• 09:30 – snack on cheese slices
• 11:45 – egg drop soup, Mongolian beef, rangoon

• 19:00 – Local High School Football, Clemens vs Judson

• 10:40 – moved in all pending CC games
