• 05:00 – Prayer to St. Michael the Archangel
• 06:30 – the Angelus
• 07:45 – Today's Rosary, the Joyful Mysteries, is offered as Day 31 of the 54-Day Novena for Our Nation, and is followed by the Daily Mass Readings for the Feast of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross
• 18:50 – Catholic Night Prayer, followed by Fr. Chad Rippberger's Prayer of Command to protect my family, my sons, my daughter and her family, my granddaughters and their families, my great grandchildren, and everyone for whom I have responsibility from any demonic activity. – And that followed by the Thursday Prayers of the Association of the Auxilium Christianorum

Diet:
• 06:30 – ½ pb&j sandwich
• 07:45 – cottage cheese and applesauce
• 09:45 – cooked bananas and butter
• 12:30 – 2 baked chicken keg quarters, 2 slices white bread
• 15:10 – cheese sandwich

Chores, etc.:
• 05:00 – listen to KTSA
• 07:15 – monitor bank accounts activity
• 08:25 – start my weekly laundry
• 08:35 – #012 Jack Posobiec | The Roseanne Barr Podcast
• 11:00 – watching The Dana Show – Dana Loesch
• 13:35 – baseball o'clock, I've tuned into the Yankees vs Red Sox game, already in the 4th inning
• 17:00 – local news and weather
• 17:30 – turning to 105.3 the Fan for the Texas Rangers PreGame Show, and tonight's Rangers vs Blue Jays game coming on soon.

Chess:
• 17:45 – moved in all pending CC games
