• 05:30 – Prayer to St. Michael the Archangel
• 16:45 – the daily meditation from Magnificat; and a daily meditation from Benedictus
• 17:10 – Leviticus 21-22; Romans 8:1-27. This is day 48 of 365 in my Bible Reading Project; and Today's Bible Readings at Mass – according to the Novus Ordo Rite of the Catholic Church.
• 20:00 – Fr. Chad Rippberger's Prayer of Command to protect my family, my sons, my daughter and her family, my granddaughters and their families, my great grandchildren, and everyone for whom I have responsibility from any demonic activity; and the Thursday Prayers of the Association of the Auxilium Christianorum.
• Tonight's Rosary before bed will be the Joyful Mysteries.
Diet:
• 07:15 – ½ peanut butter sandwich
• 09:30 – cooked banana with butter
• 10:00 – ice cream
• 11:30 – meat loaf
• 12:30 – pizza, chocolate chip cookie
