Prayers, etc.:
* 05:00 – Prayer to St. Michael the Archangel
* 06:00 – praying The Angelus
* 07:00 – praying the Joyful Mysteries of the Holy Rosary, followed by the Memorare
* 07:30 – Readings from today's Mass include – Epistle: Acts 6:8-10; 7:54-59 and Gospel Matt 23:34-39.
* 09:30 – Thought for today from Archbishop Lefebvre: As He entered the world, our Lord said to His Father, “Behold I come, that I should do Thy will” (Ps. 39:8-9). He says to Him, “You are sending Me into the world; behold, I am coming to do Your will, fiat voluntas tua.” And the most Blessed Virgin pronounces her own fiat (Lk. 1:38). Fiat voluntas tua, may Thy will be done.
* 12:00 – praying The Angelus
* 14:40 – prayerfully reading The Athanasian Creed, followed by today's Daily Meditation found in Benedictus Magazine.
* 18:00 – praying The Angelus
* 19:45 – praying the hour of Compline for tonight according to the Traditional Pre-Vatican II Divine Office, followed by Fr. Chad Ripperger's Prayer of Command to protect my family, my sons, my daughter and her family, my granddaughters and their families, my great grandchildren, and everyone for whom I have responsibility from any demonic activity. – And that followed by the Thursday Prayers of the Association of the Auxilium Christianorum.

Diet:
* 09:40 – cottage cheese and applesauce
* 11:00 – 2 steakburgers & cheese (no bread, no buns, just meat and cheese)
* 13:45 – snack on peanut butter & syrup & grape jam
* 15:35 – small bag of chips
* 17:00 – 1 can of V8 juice

Chores, etc.:
* 09:30 – bank accounts activity monitored
* 11:15 – watching Bannon's War Room
* 12:30 – phone call from Sylvia
* 13:00 – listening to Pittsburgh Panthers vs Toledo Rockets, Game Above Sports Bowl, my 1st of 3 college football bowl games today
* 18:00 – Wow! – It too 6 OVERTIMES for Toledo to win that football game! I'm burned out on football now, so I'll put on some music and read for awhile.

Chess:
* 10:25 – moved in all pending CC games
