• 12:30 – the Angelus
• 18:00 – the Angelus
• 18:45 – Fr. Chad Rippberger's Prayer of Command to protect my family, my sons, my daughter and her family, my granddaughters and their families, my great grandchildren, and everyone for whom I have responsibility from any demonic activity.
• 19:00 – The Thursday Prayers of the Association of the Auxilium Christianorum.
• 20:15 – Tonight's Rosary is the Sorrowful Mysteries again, because it's Lent.
• 20:45 – The Hour of Compline for tonight from the Divine Office

Diet:
• 07:00 – 1 banana
• 08:20 – 2 pcs. pizza
• 11:30 – ½ fried food sampler plate, big chef's salad
• 17:30 – 2 pcs. of pizza

• 05:30 – Health metrics recorded
• 06:45 – banks activity monitored

• 11:00 to 12:30 – lunch with Sylvia at a favorite restaurant

• 15:20 – back inside from yard work, uprooting monster dandelion clusters from the front lawn
• 16:00 – watching Steve Bannon's War Room – late afternoon / early evening edition

• 19:30 – participating in a National KofC Webinar
