• 05:15 – Prayer to St. Michael the Archangel
• 15:20 – the daily meditation from Magnificat; and a daily meditation from Benedictus; Numbers 8-10; Romans 15. This is day 55 of 365 in my Bible Reading Project; and Today's Bible Readings at Mass – according to the Novus Ordo Rite of the Catholic Church.
• 20:30 – Fr. Chad Rippberger's Prayer of Command to protect my family, my sons, my daughter and her family, my granddaughters and their families, my great grandchildren, and everyone for whom I have responsibility from any demonic activity; and the Thursday Prayers of the Association of the Auxilium Christianorum.
• Tonight's Rosary before bed will be the Joyful Mysteries.
Diet:
• 06:30 – applesauce
• 07:15 – ½ peanut butter sandwich
• 13:00 – clam chowder, salad, biscuits at Red Lobster
• 15:00 – left-overs brought home from Red Lobster meal (baked potato, lobster, shrimp, chips and dip)
