Thursday

In Summary:
* A pretty good day, all things considered. Chess work early went very well. The wife cooked me some excellent home made vegetable soup, listened to some college football in the evening until I got too sleepy and headed to bed.

Prayers, etc.:
* My daily prayers

Health Metrics:
* bw= 220.46 lbs.
* bp= 122/79 (71)

Exercise:
* kegel pelvic floor exercise, half squats, calf raises, wall pushups

Diet:
* 06:30 – 1 pb&j sandwich
* 08:30 – cottage cheese & applesauce
* 09:00 – 3 boiled eggs
* 12:45 – fried chicken, 2 cheese sandwiches, 1 breakfast taco
* 14:50 – home made vegetable soup

Activities, Chores, etc.:
* 04:30 – listen to local news talk radio
* 05:15- bank accounts activity monitored
* 05:30 – pray, read, follow news reports from various sources
* 08:45 – change phone company billing source
* 09:00 – listen to relaxing music
* 12:40 – watch old game shows and eat lunch at home with Sylvia
* 13:30 – pray, read, follow news reports from various sources
* 17:30 – surfing the socials
* 18:30 – listening to college football, Army vs East Carolina
* 20:20 – Half-time of the game and I can't stay up any longer

Chess:
* 16:45 – completed the day's chess work which found me winning 3 games by checkmate and posting about that over at my Quick-Notes micro blog
