Thursday

In Summary:
* When I moved from Indianapolis to San Antonio Twenty-Four years ago, I set a goal for myself: I wanted to get my bodyweight down under 220 lbs. I achieved that goal this Summer. Through much of June, July, and August I was recording sub-220 pretty regularly. After a high of 227 last Sunday I'm slowly working my way back down to that 220 mark. If I can stay below 220 that'll be great. And if I can be below 200 by my next birthday in mid-January, that'll be even greater.

Prayers, etc.:

Health Metrics:
* bw= 222.34 lbs.
* bp= 130/76 (63)

Exercise:
* kegel pelvic floor exercise, half squats, calf raises, wall pushups

Diet:
* 05:30 – bowl of oatmeal, bacon
* 06:10 – 1 banana
* 06:40 – crispy oatmeal cookies
* 09:30 – 1 seafood salad and cheese sandwich
* 11:30 – pizza
* 14:45 – fried chicken

Activities, Chores, etc.:
* 04:00 – listen to local news talk radio
* 05:00 – bank accounts activity monitored
* 05:20 – pray, read, follow news reports from various sources, and nap
* 11:20 to 12:20 – watch old game shows and eat lunch at home with Sylvia
* 13:30 – pray, read, follow news reports from various sources
* 15:00 – watch S1:E5 of Tony & Ziva
* 18:00 – listen to relaxing music

Chess:
* 12:20 – moving now in all pending CC games
