In Summary:
* No college football on my radio to end my Thursday, so I've made do with relaxing music and quietly reading. My old standard.

* My daily prayers.

Exercise:
* kegel pelvic floor exercise, half squats, calf raises, wall push-ups

Diet:
* 06:00 – 1 potato and egg breakfast taco
* 07:00 – cottage cheese and applesauce
* 09:00 – crispy oatmeal cookies
* 12:45 – 2 hamburger and beans tacos
* 14:00 – lasagna

Activities, Chores, etc.:
* 04:30 – listen to local news talk radio
* 05:45 – bank accounts activity monitored
* 06:00 – read, write, pray, follow news reports from various sources
* 10:45 – watch S1:E9 of Tony & Ziva
* 11:10 – listen to relaxing music
* 12:30 to 14:30 – watch old game shows and eat lunch at home with Sylvia
* 15:45 – follow news reports from various sources
* 18:00 – listen to Gregorian Chant while praying my night prayers

Chess:
* 15:30 – moved in all pending CC games
