Prayers, etc.:
• 05:00 – Prayer to St. Michael the Archangel
• 06:00 – the Angelus
• 07:45 – Today's Rosary, the Sorrowful Mysteries, is offered as part of the annual Novena to Bl. Fr. Michael McGivney.
• 08:15 – Daily Mass Readings, Memorial of Saint Dominic, priest
• 19:20 – Catholic Night Prayer, followed by Fr. Chad Rippberger's Prayer of Command to protect my family, my sons, my daughter and her family, my granddaughters and their families, my great grandchildren, and everyone for whom I have responsibility from any demonic activity. – And that followed by the Tuesday Prayers of the Association of the Auxilium Christianorum

Health Metrics:
• bw= 222.20 lbs.
• bp= 138/71 (60)

Diet:
• 07:00 – toast & butter, 1 banana
• 10:10 – 4 hot dog sandwiches
• 13:00 – big garden salad
• 14:00 – 1 fresh plum
• 17:30 – watermelon

Chores, etc.:
• 06:50 – bank accounts activity monitored
• 08:30 – started my weekly laundry
• 08:45 – research KofC forms, comm w. KofC officer
• 10:15 – Bannon's War Room
• 12:45 – laundry folded and put away, now watching old game shows
• 13:00 – lunch at home with Sylvia
• 14:00 – spending the afternoon and early evening preparing KofC forms, and at comms with other KofC officers, while letting news reports from various sources run in the background on the TV in my home office.

Chess:
• 18:40 – moved in all pending CC games
