• 06:00 – the Angelus
• 07:30 – Today's Rosary, the Sorrowful Mysteries, is offered as Day 8 of the 54-Day Novena for Our Nation, and that is followed by the Daily Mass Readings for Memorial of the Queenship of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
• 19:15 – Catholic Night Prayer, followed by Fr. Chad Rippberger's Prayer of Command to protect my family, my sons, my daughter and her family, my granddaughters and their families, my great grandchildren, and everyone for whom I have responsibility from any demonic activity. – And that followed by the Tuesday Prayers of the Association of the Auxilium Christianorum

• bw= 223.40 lbs.
• bp= 151/76 (52)

Diet:
• 07:00 – 1 pb&j sandwich
• 08:45 – cottage cheese and applesauce
• 10:00 – 3 spam sandwiches
• 14:10 – garden salad
• 15:30 – bowl of pancit

• 06:10 – bank accounts activity monitored
• 06:15 – health metrics recorded
• 08:05 – Fighter Jets – Bill Whittle's Right Angle
• 08:40 – started my weekly laundry
• 11:30 – watch old game shows and eat lunch with Sylvia
• 16:00 – local news and weather
• 16:30 – Football o'clock – watching replays from last weekend's games
• 17:30 – baseball o'clock now, catching the TB Rays Pregame Show, their game against the Rockies starting soon

Chess:
• 13:20 – moved in all pending CC games
