• 20:30 – the Hour of Compline for tonight from The Pre Vatican II, Traditional Roman Breviary in English

Diet:
• 09:30 – fried chicken, toast and butter
• 13:00 – Whataburger triple cheeseburger

Chores, etc.:

• 08:50 – start my weekly laundry
