Diet:
• 06:30 – 1 banana
• 08:20 – cottage cheese
• 09:20 – bowl of cooked meat and vegetables
• 10:00 – 3 chocolate chip cookies
• 13:50 – garden salad
• 15:45 – 1 cheese sandwich

Chores, etc.:
• 05:00 – listen to local talk radio
• 05:30 – health metrics recorded
• 07:00 – bank accounts activity monitored

• 15:45 to 22:45 – I spent 7 solid hours on the phone trying to get a false paypal charge corrected and wound up with my phone and bank accounts hacked. So tomorrow I wake up to do damage control.
