• 08:50 – Daily Mass Readings for Wednesday of the Thirteenth Week in Ordinary Time.
• 15:30 – What the Son of God “has to do with us”, the Daily Meditation from Magnificat Magazine.
• 18:00 – Another set of the Glorious Mysteries Decade of the Rosary prayed at the Rosary Service for a fallen Sir Knight.
• 20:40 – the Evening Prayers for this day from Magnificat Magazine.

Health Metrics:

Diet:
• 07:00 – 1 banana, toast & butter
• 11:00 – 1 ham and cheese sandwich
• 12:30 – BBQ'd chicken
• 16:00 – snack on raisins and peanuts

Chores, etc.:

• 05:30 – listening to KTSA
• 06:30 – bank accounts activity monitored
• 09:15 – running news shows on Real America's Voice: Bannon's War Room, The Charlie Kirk Show, Human Events Daily, etc. in the background while I work through my various chores and ongoing projects
• 12:00 – have built and signed Condolence letter for presentation at this evening's Rosary, set up neck jewel box to give to Pilot tonight, have exchanged multiple texts and voice phone comms with KofC officer, turning off the news shows and putting on some relaxing music to help me destress.
• 17:00 to 19:30 – work with a KofC Honor Guard at a Rosary Service

Chess:
• 21:10 – moved in all pending CC games
