• 18:00 – the Angelus
• 19:45 – Fr. Chad Rippberger's Prayer of Command to protect my family, my sons, my daughter and her family, my granddaughters and their families, my great grandchildren, and everyone for whom I have responsibility from any demonic activity. – Followed by the Wednesday Prayers of the Association of the Auxilium Christianorum. – And the Hour of Compline for tonight from the Divine Office.

Diet:
• 07:15 – toast and butter
• 08:30 – small bowl of raisins and animal crackers
• 11:30 – 1 banana
• 13:00 – chef's salad
• 14:30 – fried chicken tenders
