• 21:00 – the Hour of Compline for tonight from The Pre Vatican II, Traditional Roman Breviary in English
• 21:20 – Today's Rosary is the Glorious Mysteries

Diet:
• 07:15 – toast & butter
• 07:45 – bowl of corn flakes and milk
• 09:20 – 1 banana
• 12:30 – 2 breakfast tacos
• 14:00 – meat and vegetable stew over rice
• 20:00 – ½ submarine sandwich
