• 04:30 – Prayer to St. Michael the Archangel
• 06:30 – Lk 17:11-19
• 19:30 – Fr. Chad Rippberger's Prayer of Command to protect my family, my sons, my daughter and her family, my granddaughters and their families, my great grandchildren, and everyone for whom I have responsibility from any demonic activity; and the Wednesday Prayers of the Association of the Auxilium Christianorum.
• Tonight's Rosary before bed will be the Glorious Mysteries.

Diet:
• 07:00 – 1 banana, ½ peanut butter sandwich
• 10:00 – bread and butter, breaded shrimp, breaded fish steak
• 12:45 – steak
• 14:30 – munching on peanuts and raisins
• 16:00 – steamed vegetables
• 17:30 – sweet rice

Chores, etc.:
• 06:15 – NTD News
• 06:30 – place Walmart grocery order
• 08:00 – Varney & Co.
• 10:20 – Telling the Truth – Bill Whittle's Right Angel
• 12:30 – lunch and watch old game shows with Sylvia
• 14:40 – a new ep. of La Brea
• 16:00 – national and local news and weather
• 18:30 – Wheel of Fortune
• 20:00 – leisure reading

Chess:
• 10:30 – moved in all pending CC games
