• 05:00 – Prayer to St. Michael the Archangel
• 06:00 – the Angelus
• 08:00 – The Glorious Mysteries of the Holy Rosary.
• 18:40 – From today's Traditional Latin Mass – Collect: “O God, Thou hast brought the Abbot Saint Anthony to serve Thee by a wondrous way of life in the desert, grant, through his intercession, that, denying ourselves, we may always love Thee above all things.”
• 20:00 – The hour of Compline for tonight according to the Traditional Pre-Vatican II Divine Office, followed by Fr. Chad Rippberger's Prayer of Command to protect my family, my sons, my daughter and her family, my granddaughters and their families, my great grandchildren, and everyone for whom I have responsibility from any demonic activity. – And that followed by the Wednesday Prayers of the Association of the Auxilium Christianorum.

Diet:
• 06:30 – ½ pb&j sandwich
• 08:00 – meat and mixed vegetables over bread and butter
• 12:00 – Olive Garden house salad, bread sticks, soup, lasagna, birthday cake, cupcakes
• 15:00 – snacking on birthday cupcakes

Chores, etc.:
• 05:00 – listen to local news talk radio
• 07:30 – bank accounts activity monitored
• 08:45 – The Absolute Truth With Emerald Robinson January 16, 2024
• 09:45 – Bannon's War Room
• 11:30 to 13:30 – my birthday lunch with Sylvia at Olive Garden
• 15:30 – watch old game shows and follow news reports from various sources
• 19:00 – watching an old ep. of ST:TOS

Chess:
• 18:35 – moved in all pending lichess, scheming mind, and gameknot games. I have plenty of time cushion in all my ICCF games, they can wait until tomorrow.
