• 16:20 – Work – a Virtue Signal
• 20:45 – Fr. Chad Rippberger's Prayer of Command to protect my family, my sons, my daughter and her family, my granddaughters and their families, my great grandchildren, and everyone for whom I have responsibility from any demonic activity; and the Wednesday Prayers of the Association of the Auxilium Christianorum.
• Tonight's Rosary before bed will be the Glorious Mysteries

Diet:
• 07:15 – ½ peanut butter sandwich
• 09:00 – munching on cheese
• 13:30 – sausage, noodles, vegetables, white bread, ice cream

Chores, etc.:
• 07:15 – follow Philippines news releases
• 11:00 – transplant Sylvia's veggies and water flower bed
• 12:45 – submitted a report of KofC activity
• 12:45 – watch old game shows
• 15:00 – follow financial news reports
• 17:00 – Unbearable Shame: Afghanistan is Lost – Bill Whittle's Right Angle
• 17:30 – Newsmax TV

Chess:
• 11:30 – moved in all lichess, chess.com, and Game Knot CC games
