* 07:10 – praying the Glorious Mysteries of the Holy Rosary, followed by the Memorare. Today's Traditional Rosary is prayed as day 42 of 54 of the 2024 Novena for our Nation.
* 12:00 – praying The Angelus
* 14:40 – How to Stay Catholic Under Pope Francis and the Crisis a Mere Tradition podcast by Kennedy Hall found today on his Substack
* 16:30 – prayerfully reading The Athanasian Creed, followed by today's Daily Meditation found in Benedictus Magazine.
* 18:00 -praying The Angelus
* 19:30 – the hour of Compline for tonight according to the Traditional Pre-Vatican II Divine Office, followed by Fr. Chad Ripperger's Prayer of Command to protect my family, my sons, my daughter and her family, my granddaughters and their families, my great grandchildren, and everyone for whom I have responsibility from any demonic activity. – And that followed by the Wednesday Prayers of the Association of the Auxilium Christianorum.

* 11:45 to 13:30 – watch old game shows and eat lunch at home with Sylvia
* 13:30 – listening to this afternoon's Astro's vs Mariners MLB game
* 16:00 – local news and weather
* 16:30 – listen to relaxing music
* 17:00 – The Scientific Formula that Guarantees People Will Voluntarily Give Up their Freedoms an article published by The Kingston Report on Substack
* 18:00 – turned to ESPN for the WNBA Preview Show for tonight's games. The Fever and the Sun play the first game, that's the one I want to see.
