Chad Rippberger's Prayer of Command to protect my family, my sons, my daughter and her family, my granddaughters and their families, my great grandchildren, and everyone for whom I have responsibility from any demonic activity; and the Wednesday Prayers of the Association of the Auxilium Christianorum
• 20:20 – Today's meditation from the 2022 Magnificat Advent Companion – The Hour of Compline for tonight from The Pre Vatican II, Traditional Roman Breviary in English

Diet:
• 07:15 – toast & butter, 1 chicken salad sandwich
• 11:45 – 1 pb&j sandwich
• 13:30 – garden salad, baked potatoes, steak
• 16:15 – ice cream

• 13:30 – lunch at home with Sylvia
• 19:00 – have finished building and publishing the November/December Assembly Newsletter
• 19:15 – tuned into the Maine vs Ohio St. basketball game
