• 05:00 – Prayer to St. Michael the Archangel
• 06:00 – the Angelus
• 08:00 – Genesis 3:19
• 10:00 – imposition of ashes and communion service at STM
• 12:00 – the Angelus, and today's meditation from Toward Easter
• 15:15 – Today's Rosary will be the Sorrowful Mysteries again, because it's Lent.
• 21:30 – Fr. Chad Rippberger's Prayer of Command to protect my family, my sons, my daughter and her family, my granddaughters and their families, my great grandchildren, and everyone for whom I have responsibility from any demonic activity; and the Wednesday Prayers of the Association of the Auxilium Christianorum. Then the Hour of Compline for tonight from the Divine Office.

Diet:
• 07:00 – 1 banana, 1 tuna salad sandwich
• 09:00 – 1 more tuna salad sandwich
• 13:45 – Chirashi bowl, and banana ice cream desert
• 19:00 – pizza, bread

Chores, etc.:
• 05:45 – health metrics recorded
• 06:30 – monitor banks account activity
• 10:30 – f2f comms with KofC officers
• 11:00 – watching The Absolute Truth with Emerald Robinson TV Show
• 12:00 – watch old game shows
• 13:00 – leave home for lunch with Sylvia
• 14:45 – take care of KofC business at STM Recrtory
• 15:00 – prep for tonight's Assembly meeting
• 18:00 to 20:30 – at the monthly assembly meeting
