• 04:30 – Prayer to St. Michael the Archangel
• 09:00 – Ezechiel 16: 23-28; Gospel of John 9: 1-38; – “Purity of Heart”, a meditation for today from Toward Easter. – Today's Rosary is the Sorrowful Mysteries again, because it's Lent.

Health Metrics:
• Today's health metrics were taken at 05:00 after a 6.5 hr. sleep
• bw = 219 lbs.
• bs = 78
• bp = 130/76 (69)

Diet:
• 06:20 – 1 BLT sandwich
• 12:40 – candy bar
• 13:15 – Sashimi Salad, banana haru-maki
• 19:15 – bowl of fried rice, 1 egg roll

Chores, etc.:
• 06:35 – watch Right Angle: Backstage 03/21/23, and nap
• 08:00 – prep for tonight's Assembly Meet
• 12:15 to 15:15 – away from the house picking up prescription meds from the drug store, taking Sylvia out to lunch, trying to salvage a packed the USPS misdelivered, picking up a key from the Church Rectory.
• 15:15 – continued prep for tonight's meeting
• 18:15 to 21:15 – KofC Assembly Meeting
