• 05:00 – Prayer to St. Michael the Archangel
• 06:3 0 – the Angelus
• 07:30 – Today's Rosary, the Glorious Mysteries, is offered as Day 9 of the 54-Day Novena for Our Nation, and that is followed by the Daily Mass Readings for Wednesday of the Twentieth Week in Ordinary Time
• 21:20 – Catholic Night Prayer, followed by Fr. Chad Rippberger's Prayer of Command to protect my family, my sons, my daughter and her family, my granddaughters and their families, my great grandchildren, and everyone for whom I have responsibility from any demonic activity. – And that followed by the Wednesday Prayers of the Association of the Auxilium Christianorum

Health Metrics:
• bw= 223.80 lbs.

Diet:
• 07:30 – small piece of sweet rice cake, ½ pb&j sandwich
• 10:00 – 1 banana
• 11:30 – 2 spam sandwiches
• 15:00 – garden salad
• 16:30 – watermelon
• 19:00 – chili dog, 3 ginger snap cookies, small bag of corn chips

Chores, etc.:
• 05:30 – health metrics recorded
• 06:30 – bank accounts activity monitored
• 08:30 – listening to background music as I prep for tonight's KofC meeting and clean the garage
• 12:00 – watch old game shows with Sylvia
• 13:15 – pick up Hall key from Rectory
• 13:30 – continued prep for tonight's meeting
• 16:00 – watching local news reports and old game shows
• 18:00 to 21:00 – KofC Assembly Meeting

Chess:
• 11:15 – moved in all pending CC games
