• 06:00 – Prayer to St. Michael the Archangel
• 21:20 – the daily meditation from Magnificat monthly magazine; and the daily meditation from Benedictus. – Tobit 1 – 3; Matthew 19:1-12. This is the set of readings assigned today in my Bible Reading Project. – Fr. Chad Rippberger's Prayer of Command to protect my family, my sons, my daughter and her family, my granddaughters and their families, my great grandchildren, and everyone for whom I have responsibility from any demonic activity; and the Wednesday Prayers of the Association of the Auxilium Christianorum. Tonight's Rosary before bed will be the Glorious Mysteries.
Diet:
• 07:00 – toast and butter, 1 Big Mac sandwich, 1 banana

• 12:00 – egg drop soup, Mongolian beef

• 18:00 – leave home to do on site prep and attend two KofC meetings
• 21:15 – return home from the KofC meetings in time to do my nightly prayers and meditations, visit with Sylvia, then head to bed.
