The things that I love
French fries
Tequila
Blood
But I never mix them because
Those that stay hardy;
hold dear to what they love
Knowing even in heaven;
stars will fall from above
I've been letting my wife drive.
It's not something I was comfortable doing when I was younger. Not because she is a woman or that she is a worse driver.
I just wanted to be her shield.
Selfish. But I used to think it was more important to protect what I had built.
Then let her have a chance at toppling that down.
But we don't own a moment. The people in the car.
The people we love.
Those that leave.
This is all and it is getting easier watching others drive
