A Parkinson's recovery journey

Simple technique for building in positive thinking

I've written before here about the benefits, within the JWH protocol, of promoting positive thinking. And, over time, I've become increasingly convinced of those benefits. In that spirit, I wanted to pass along this link to a simple, three-step technique for helping to build in more positive thinking.

You'll notice the technique described is similar in purpose to the third auxiliary exercise in RFP (2020). For some, its slightly different form may prove useful. The basic idea, in either case, is to build in positive thinking to replace negative thinking. Note that this is consistent with replacing feelings of fear and wariness with feelings of safety, trust, etc. And that pretty much describes the path to recovery!
