A Parkinson's recovery journey

Small status update

In July I had a bout of covid, a breakthrough infection. I'm still dealing with a bit of a lingering cough. My hope is that when that's gone I'll be better able to turn off pause again.

Over a year ago I had a mystery cough that lasted three months. Two weeks after it disappeared pause began to turn off repeatedly. So I'm optimistic I'll be entering a welcome new phase soon.

During this time of consolidation and refinement of my work in the protocol I've been experiencing increasingly good and intense head and heart feelings. So it seems about the only thing left to happen is for pause to turn off! My Friend says it will happen soon enough. So, though eager, I'm relatively content with that assurance.
