started accountability blog around 6 pm today.
since then:

1-mile walk
2 sets of 5 min stretches
2 sets of ab work
1-mile run (fast pace) 10:37 min/mile

protein shake
fruit (watermelon)
will go to sleep at 11 pm tonight.
dim all the screens at 10:40 pm
