Circles is a decentralised, community-based economic system built on blockchain, designed to enable Universal Basic Income (UBI) and foster mutualism and local resilience.

With Julio Linares, activist, economist, antropologist and co-founder of the Circles project in Berlin, we will explore how Circles has sought to redefine the contours of economic trust across neighbourhoods, solidarity networks, and urban communities.

Part of the Shared Vision programme, this conversation investigates the intersection of technological infrastructure, social imagination and post-capitalist economies.
