Radionica #3 announcement: Mutuogenesis – Lucky Land Coop
Hybrid (Berlin, South of Neukolln + Online) / July 10th – 12th

We warmly invite you to a collective foray into coops, property and land-based autonomy.
Ziegrastrasse 1, 10245, Berlin
In a time of ecological breakdown, real estate speculation, and exhausted public policies, we ask: how can we decolonise money and reclaim land for radical forms of life? How can artists, students, local and migrant communities generate new tools to reclaim property, redistribute value and inhabit futures?
The transforming ecosystem of Mutuogenesis – the radical living social sculpture and collective workshop, nightclub and performance space by Jerszy Seymour – and Shared Visions, activate Mutuogenesis – Lucky Land Coop Radionica an event unfolding in two episodes of radical speculation on land, property, crypto and cooperative imagination; two public gatherings to prototype tools for mutualism, cooperative economies and collective land use.
Throughout the week, the space will be inhabited by the residency of Emanuele Braga, who will work on a tufted wool carpet as a living diagram of cooperation – spatialising events, relations, and emerging infrastructures. The carpet becomes a material anchor for the gathering: a floor, a map, a script.
💥 Ready to reclaim space, value, and possibility together? Register here.
The initiative is curated by Emanuele Braga, Landscape Choreography, Curve Labs, REINCANTAMENTO, in collaboration with Shared Visions and is part of the public program of Mutuogenesis, a project by Jerszy Seymour with S27 and Kunstgewerbemuseum.
Shared Visions is co-funded by the European Union.
MUTUOGENESIS is funded by the German Federal Cultural Foundation and the Federal Government Commissioner for Culture and the Media.
EPISODE #1: LET A THOUSAND COOP BLOOM!
Public Discussion on Cooperative Ecosystem
10 July, 18:00 – 20:00
With the participation of Ela Kagel, Julio Linares, Noa Treister and Tijana Cvetković
Moderated by Emanuele Braga and Alessandro Y. Longo
The two-days program, Mutuogenesis – Lucky Land Coop Radionica, is born from the encounter of two nascent cooperatives, Mutuogenesis and Shared Visions.
Building on this convergence, in the opening episode, we discuss and reflect with a panel of local experts on how we can foster (eco)systemic collaborations between co-ops in local and global contexts. How can co-ops create synergies and mutually advantageous relationships? What examples of cooperative ecosystems currently exist? And what is the role of networked technologies in federating these ecosystems? How to plan and design in the current global instability?
Drawing from existing practices – from Smart Coop federation to the Platform Cooperative galaxy – our discussion will touch on both digital infrastructure and cultural containers that are necessary for cooperatives to thrive and spread, as interconnected nodes in a resilient ecosystem of mutual aid and democratic work.
Ela Kagel – Digital strategist and managing partner of SUPERMARKT Berlin, founding member of Platform Cooperatives Germany eG
Julio Linares – Economic anthropologist from Guatemala, co-founder of Circles UBI system and Cooperative, Social Outreach for Basic Income Earth Network (BIEN)
Noa Treister – Shared Visions
Tijana Cvetković – Shared Visions
Join us as we plant the seeds for a thousand cooperatives to bloom!
EPISODE #2: AFTER THE ROBBERY – HOW CAN LANDS BE RECLAIMED?
Live Action Roleplay (LARP)
12 July, 13:30 – 23:00
With the participation of Casa Branca and Livia Pancu, Ovidiu Tichindeleanu, Raluca Voinea from The Station by Tranzit (The Experimental Station for Research on Art and Life)
Moderated by Emanuele Braga, Federico Aldovisi, Alessandro Y. Longo and Andy Peruccon
How do we care for what capitalism has abandoned? How do we rebuild what was never meant to survive? How do we resist – not alone, but in coalition? In the second episode of Mutuogenesis – Lucky Land Coop Radionica, we will speculate and act upon the reclaiming of unwanted lands and the emancipation of spaces and identities.
You're invited to enter a performative simulation — a hybrid between a strategy game, a collective ritual and a speculative design session. You’ll come to play a role in building what doesn’t exist yet.
🔥 TO TAKE PART, PLEASE BRING (PHYSICALLY):
- A photo taken from above — a place that matters to you. It could be a piece of land, a building, a courtyard, a ruin. Somewhere that, in your eyes, deserves to be reclaimed or reimagined — a site marked by neglect, violence, commodification, or potential.
- Alongside it, a document from your experience as a cultural worker — something that carries the weight of effort, negotiation, or survival. Think of a funding application, a draft statute, a legal form, a structure diagram from a collective or organisation you’re part of. Anything that speaks to the invisible labour behind creating space, value, and infrastructure.
These objects will feed into a collective ritual of transformation — a shared moment of release, reappropriation, and fictionalisation. No emotional work is expected. No story must be told. You may approach this playfully, lightly, symbolically. If needed, you can print your materials directly in the space.
⚠️ No docs, no entry. No location, no speculation.
