Problems

When something bothers me in my life, and i feel powerless about it, I try to articulate it and write it down. The best cause of action is of course to act in a way that solves the problem, but when that seems difficult, properly understanding the issue seems to be the next best course of action. In the array of possible outcomes, it seems like the choices alot of people (including myself) make often is just distracting oneself or coping, forgetting about the problem until it manifests again.

Although it is second-grade to a perfect solution, articulating a problem reduces its potency and gives you power. Merely speaking what you believe, if you've thought it through properly, puts out energy in defiance of the problematic status quo. That is enough to disturb it, but maybe not solve it. It is the step prior to acting on a solution, and trains you into attacking a problem, articulate yourself and become aware of the hidden dynamics ruling us all.
